I rent my apartment in July and August for days, week or month. With two rooms, one of them with bed of 1,10 m and other one bed of 90 m, with possibility of putting another bed of 90 m if they are 3 or 4 persons (ask before). The apartament have bath, kitchen complet, lounge with armchairs, tv, equip of music, great light and to 50 meters of almeria's beach.

The prices FOR NIGHT:
2 persons: 50 € (2 beds: 1.10m , 0,90m)
3-4 persons: 70 € (3 beds: 1.10m , 0.90m , 0.90m)
+ 50 € for final cleanliness.
+ 150 € of warehouse(deposit) (they return at the end of the stay)
The prices FOR WEEK:
2 persons: 320 €
3-4 persons: 450 €
+ 50 € for final cleanliness.
+ 150 € of warehouse(deposit) (they return at the end of the stay)
To ask for stays of mas of one week.

Alquilo mi apartamento para los meses de Julio y Agosto, por dias, semanas o meses. Con dos habitaciones, una de ellas con cama de 1,10 m y otra con cama de 90 m, con posibilidad de poner otra cama de 90 m completa si son 3 ó 4 personas (preguntar antes). El apartamento tiene baño, cocina completa, salón con sillones y mesa, televisión, equipo de la música, mucha luz y a 50 metros de la playa del Almería.
Incluidas sabanas y toallas en el precio.
